"We're going to DisneyLand!"

Maggie and I just booked a trip for my niece, Ashley, and her 7-year-old daughter to meet us at Disneyland in April.

They never have traveled much, and we don't see 'em as much as we'd like. Plus, we can drive down to Anaheim, so we're finally living up to the "we'd just as soon fly you guys here!" speeches we keep giving.

This doesn't mean that we're made of free airplane tickets, though... just that we're looking forward to acting like "real Californians" in the sun with my cute grandniece, and Mickey.
