If butternut squash is anything like spaghetti squash, and I think it is, then it's a total mother to cut through raw. Sounds delicious.

It is similarly devilish, yes. I'm even more afraid of trying to tackle a spaghetti squash because they are always huge and I am not a lumberjack!
