Could've Used Some Elves

Maggie took Thursday and Friday of last week off from work as comp-days for all the pre-Mosh-launch stuff she did earlier in the month... Friday, she gardened most of the day, and spiffed up our flowerbeds in front: (we're getting new path-stones soon)

Saturday and Sunday we attacked our basement workshop, while the cats took advantage of the rare open-door policy on the garage and cavorted in there as much as they cared to.

I bought cheapo knee pads at Harbor Freight (amazing cheap tool store in Brick, New Jersey), and dang am I glad I did. My back is killing me, but my knees sure aren't, even after a day of crawling around and mounting 2x4's to walls.

We finished up the construction Sunday afternoon, then we took Maggie's folks out for Mexican food, ice cream, and a walk in the park in Dobbs Ferry. Now we're alternating between resting and organizing stuff on hooks.
